Shikha studied French cuisine at Ferrandi in Paris to hone her culinary skills. She had the opportunity to work at Michelin Restaurants like Fäviken in Sweden and Kokoro in Paris.  Her mission is to use good produce and cook fresh food. Her vision though, is to serve you a plate filled with flavours that will blow your mind and that is what we'll get to see in this up-coming pop up.
