The Pizza Pop Up

The pizza pop up revolves around the traditional Italian pizza dough made using a 6 year old sourdough starter; using a traditional technique that helps the bread develop its gluten structure naturally without any external agents. 

Chef Devika brings her cooking skills & exquisite food knowledge while Chef Minali will bring her expertise on breads & baking. 

Using the Italian techniques with simple Indian ingredients they will create a unique experience in each course from start to finish.

Chef Devika is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate from London. She has spent time working with Elliot Lidstone at the Empress E9 and Sabrina Gidda at Bernardi’s in London. She loves to travel and that has inspired her cooking a great deal.
